Licensed in Maryland, Washington, DC, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Jan has been a licensed broker in the United States for 20 years, bringing her extensive experience and expertise to the paradise of St. Croix. She began her real estate journey in 2005 after a successful 15-year career in Information Technology. Notably, she served as President of the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors, which boasts a membership of 11,000, in 2021. Her intelligence and resourcefulness are enhanced by her personal touch, empathy, integrity, and concierge-level service, which have cultivated a thriving, referral-based business.

She is a member of REALM Global and is also among the elite 3% of Realtors® nationwide who have earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, often referred to as the PhD of Real Estate. Jan also holds the prestigious Certified Senior Housing Professional™ certification and is a Certified Senior Downsizing Coach™.
